Due to the personal nature of all our products:



Refunds and returns will only be honored in the event of receiving an inaccurate order or order was not made accurately according to product/order details.


Please read all product information carefully BEFORE placing your order.

The Yoni Apothecary is NOT responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Please make sure that you provide us with the complete and accurate address. Orders placed with an inaccurate address will be returned to The Yoni Apothecary and you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the USPS and follow all of their directions via their website. 

Refunds ( If applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus cost of shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


All products are 100% handmade by The Yoni Apothecary  team and are crafted individually for each order. Please allow 3-10 business days, upon receiving your order, for order to be shipped to address provided.

We ship within the US and internationally. International shipments do not include import duties and taxes. These charges, if due, will be the responsibility of the buyer in the destined country.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
